After McCauley Painting has completed your house painting project, we perform a thorough walk-through of your home with you, making sure your paint project has been completed to your 100% satisfaction. We submit all receipts for materials purchased, paid in full to the owner; as we do not markup the cost of paint and materials.
Then and only then do we collect final payment for the work performed and present you with an opportunity to complete our Customer Satisfaction Survey to be returned by mail to our office at your convenience.
